Recently, STECH FLUID has reached a new milestone in its development by successfully obtaining the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU) certification.The certification covers a range of steel valve products, including ball valves, globe valves, check valves and butterfly valves, and is issued under the Module H full quality assurance module.

The certificate was granted by HPi Verification Services (Ireland) Ltd., an EU notified body with No. 2810, and is valid in all member states of the European Economic Area (EEA).

This marks that our valve products have officially obtained the "access pass" to the EU market, and the quality and safety of our core products have been recognized by international authoritative institutions.

①Strict Standards of PED Certification and Module H Mode

PED certification refers to the EU Pressure Equipment Directive certification, a mandatory EU regulation for pressure equipment with a maximum allowable pressure exceeding 0.5 bar, and also a key requirement for products to enter the EU and European Economic Area markets.

Compared with ordinary certifications, the Module H full quality assurance scheme adopted by our company represents a high-standard certification module under PED for medium and high-risk pressure equipment. It requires enterprises to establish a quality system covering the entire process of design, production, inspection and after-sales service, subject to annual surveillance audits by a notified body.

This scheme fully covers Class I, II and III valve products, which fully demonstrates that our company meets the stringent EU safety and technical standards in all aspects of valve design, R&D, manufacturing and quality control.
